There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Ulmer and G.Davis: Page 2, lines 8 - 9 and page 3, lines 4 - 5: 1993-04-22 House Journal Page 1443 HB 249 Delete "(1) registered as a professional engineer under AS 08.48; or (2)" Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Vezey objected.
